The Plaza
The Plaza was designed to emulate the Spanish Plaza Mayor style with a large landscaped courtyard looking onto the 2nd golf hole. This 70,000 square foot building will feature jewelry, furniture, art, leather goods, pottery which are indicative of the local culture from Costa Rica and Central America. The Commercial Center will also feature an array of restaurants and cafes offering a pleasant atmosphere for dining and shopping.
The Golf Course
The developer has designed what will become known as the finest golf course in all of Costa Rica. Designed by McCumber Golf from Jacksonville Florida, the course will feature five dramatic ocean holes with spectacular views of waves crashing along the reef. The remaining holes were designed to create lasting mountain and jungle views. This is a golfer’s golf course as two of McCumber Golf’s portfolio courses host two PGA Tour events.
